SUP Pilates (Pilates on the Stand-Up Paddle Surf board) is a complete  training system that combines the  Pilates Method with Stand-Up Paddle Surf (SUP).
It provides a extremely effective, challenging, fun & refreshing Pilates fusion workout while enjoying a great scenery and the calming & healing powers of the sea.

Furthermore practising Pilates core-based exercises on the board enhances the recruitment of such muscles plus the challenge and benefits of Pilates and builds extra flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back.

Our SUP Pilates classes are open to all levels of practice. If desired they also include an introductory Stand-Up Paddle Surf course so there is no need to have previous experience in Stand Up Paddle Surf in order to join these sessions.

These classes include:
- Introduction to Stand-Up Paddle Surf  & Paddling technique coaching / perfection (Optional)
- SUP Pilates (Pilates on the SUP board)
- Postural alignment & Balance exercises
- Breathwork
- Relaxation

Location: Depending on the day's wind & waves conditions, we will choose the best location in the island to cater your  likes and needs.
